Hi. Is the Figma Pro plan suitable, For 35 editors
and are there any limitations and should I consider other plans?

According to the Help Center article, you can invite up to 500 collaborators to your files, of which 200 can edit at a time. So having 35 editors doesn’t seem to be an issue.

Please keep in mind that you will be charged for anyone with a full seat on your Professional plan team. People with a full seat can create and edit files. You can find more information here: Manage seats in Figma
