Figma Plugin: Merge Variables

Hi, I am writing plugin to merge remote variables (from a library) into the local file.
example: “color-content-primary” variable from library file used to color an icon from Lucide Icons library and find, match & merge with color variable of the same name from the local file.

*The purpose is to ensure my design system (semantic colors) have been applied.

I have the plugin working but I have an issue where it can find the ‘collection name’ for the variables for the remote file but when i have used multiple libraries it only displays one collection name. Is this expected ?

example: When i select sample icons from Lucide Icons library after import and run the plugin it fetches the collection name. When i select sample icons from Hue Icons library after import and run the plugin it fetches the collection name. When I select icons from both libraries it only returns a single collection name.

Is this a limitation ? (or an error)
