It works fine on other browsers like MS Edge and Chrome. I’ve noticed the same issue in Firefox while using Confluence as well.

Has anyone else faced the same? And any idea on how to resolve this?

What I’ve tried until now:

  1. Updated / reinstalled Firefox.
  2. Cleared browser cache.

Hi @AnanyaAnandh,

I understand you're experiencing an issue where Figma shows a blank page in Firefox, even though it works fine in MS Edge and Chrome.

This behavior often points to a network or environment-specific issue, especially in corporate settings. We've seen reports where certain security settings within a company network might prevent access to Figma from Firefox while allowing Edge/Chrome.

Could you please try connecting to Figma from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot (outside of your company's network/device), to see if the issue persists?

If Figma loads correctly in Firefox when you do this, I'd recommend reaching out to your IT team so they can take a look. These resources might be helpful:

If the issue is not related to your network or company environment, please submit a bug report by following the instructions in this document: How to submit a bug report

When you submit the report, please include your Console log for our team to take a closer look. Here's how to check and export the console log: Export console logs

Thanks,

It’s probably a Firefox issue, I’ve had the same thing happen to me on and off for like the past month or so. I have no idea what causes it and why it goes away and keeps coming back randomly.

It’s not only Figma as well, every iframe/integrated app is just black for a few days then fine again.
