I’m reaching out to better understand how Figma Make AI handles intellectual property and data ownership. Specifically, I’m curious about whether data input into the tool is considered intellectual property, and what general protections or rights the vendor asserts over that data once it’s sent into their system. Additionally, I’d like to know how ownership is handled for any design proposals generated by the AI, does the user retain full rights, or does the vendor claim any ownership or usage rights over the output?
