Figma Make domain connect issue

I’m seeing this error and unable to connect my domain. Can someone please help troubleshoot this?

I understand you’re seeing an error icon next to the A record setting in the Connected domain section.

 

Could you please double-check that all the provided values exactly match what’s required for each record? 

Figma will display an error icon if a record can’t be verified. You can also refer to the Troubleshooting section in this guide for more details: Connect a custom domain to your site
 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support team directly via this secure form: Submit a request

When you submit the form, please include:

  • Your domain
  • Your domain registrar
  • A screenshot of the Connected domain section, with the host and value visible for each record (A, CNAME, and TXT).

This information will help our team investigate the issue more effectively.
