Or any similar tools that lets you do the same?

At the moment, it’s not possible to transfer files from Figma Make back into Figma Design. While you can use Figma Design files within Figma Make prompts, the reverse (moving Figma Make files, prototypes, or web apps into Design) isn’t supported right now.
