Hi guys! i wanted to ask that I am a student and i was hoping to get the student discount but I am from india so my school doesn't provide with the student mail id. So, I emailed figma and asked them if i could provide with my report card, my transfer certificate, fee reciept, anything that could prove i am a Student but it's been 5 days since i mailed them but they haven't emailed back. Is there anything I could do to contect them or anything?

Unfortunately, applications made with non-school emails are automatically rejected.
That said, we know you mentioned students in your area don’t receive school email addresses. In this case, here are a couple of options you can try:
- Use an old school email – If you still have access to an email address from a previous school, you can use that to apply at figma.com/education/apply.
- Provide more information – If your application gets rejected because your school domain isn’t recognized, you can complete this short form with details about your school so our team can review it.
To qualify for Figma for Education, you’ll also need to meet the age requirement to consent to using Figma independently and be currently enrolled as a student.Figma for Education.
