Figma file won't open

Can you try duplicating the file, and then opening the duplicate to see if you still have issues?

If that doesn’t work, can you drop some details? Do you have a lot of components or a large library of assets being used in it?

Currently, I open Figma in chrome (on Mac Os). Even if I try to open the FigJam Basics project, the project loads indefinitely:

I think I have found the issue. I’m using cntlm as my proxy for our corporate network. CNTLM does not support wss:// (websockets), after adding figma.com to my proxy settings, I need to use Safari which seems to bypass proxy settings for web sockets.
