Figma file deleted and I can't find it

Hey, I need to access an important Figma file ASAP but I can’t find it. I have the old link but when I click on it, it says it’s been deleted and I know I didn’t. When I go to the support forum, the chatbot redirects me back to the forum for help.

 

Can I have a contact to help me restore this please?

    Hey ​@Kayla H - apologies for the delay. Are you the original file owner? Did the file live in a team that you are no longer a part of? There are a few different reasons you may not be able to find/access it.

    Just to check - were you able to regain access to this file after posting here? If not, please reply to this topic and let me know.

    Hey! Yes I’m the original file owner and i believe it was just in my drafts. I haven’t been able to find it yet
