I have accidentally linked Figma Education to the wrong account - I even went ahead and approved it from my student email address via SheerID 🤦🏻
I have sent an email 2 weeks ago asking for support but I am not getting any answers.

Hey @Antony Della-Pietra, this is actually a pretty unique case.
I’d still recommend filling out the form and waiting for the team’s response. When I submitted it, there was an option to add extra context ( attached screenshot). Can you check if you’re also able to do that? If so, in that section, you can explain that you’ve already successfully moved the status from an educational email account to a personal email account and now you’re hoping to transfer it once more to another personal email account.
If they’re not able to help directly through the form, I can always reach out internally to see if there’s anything else that can be done.

If you applied your Figma status to the wrong account, please fill out this form so our team can service your request. Please note, the Figma team cannot move status from an account associated with educational email address to an account associated with a personal email address.

Thank you for getting back to me. I had come across that form shortly after writing this post. Thank you for sharing it here also. I submitted it.
The only thing that I don’t understand is the last requirement. I have successfully applied the Educational plan to my private email, but want to transfer it to another private email. This is because I have two accounts that I’ve had for many years.
