Hello,

This is a screenshot taken from macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 using the native iOS Simulator

This is what happens as soon as I upload it to Figma, the alteration remains also after exporting it

The difference is pretty consistent, the alternation is clearly visible and this is a huge issue for us.

Has anyone ever encountered and fixed this issue?

Is Figma working on this issue?

I guess we are not the only people working on iOS Apps, we are doing pretty standard and simple steps, taking a screenshot and then uploading it to Figma. Hopefully the issue can be prioritised on your side

Using Figma Web from Safari 17.6

Thanks!

It happens also by just uploading the screenshot on a fresh project

Works fine for me. Are you adding the screenshot to a frame first, with a white background? I need more details from you.

Are you adding the screenshot to a vector drawn phone inside Figma, or to a prototype device?

Hello, yes

This is the project

Figma – 3 Sep 24

Thank you for the answer!

Thanks. Mine works fine. I don’t understand how you can create this issue?

I have managed to isolate and reproduce the issue:

It happens only on Safari, and only if you upload the image using the UI by pressing the “Fill” property

If you drag and drop it in the Fill field, then it doesn’t happen

On Chrome instead, everything works fine

Thanks for you replies, without you I wouldn’t have digged deeper to find the issue
