I am trying to create a workflow for bulk changing sub-headlines, and resizing for marketing creatives. I am unable to generate an editable content/image bank despite naming the fields correctly and also locking the layers that should not be subjected to an edit once a spreadsheet is uploaded with the sub-headline variations. Need some guidance on this front.

Hi Spriha — for the bulk-changing sub-headlines / resizing part of your workflow, I recently built a small Figma Buzz plugin that may help.

TextFit for Figma Buzz is meant for cases where Bulk Create or manual copy changes make headlines/sub-headlines too long for the approved layout.

The workflow is:

Freeze the text area → change/bulk-create the copy → Scan → Fix

TextFit keeps the text box at its original size and, if the new copy overflows, automatically reduces the font size until it fits. You can also set a minimum font size, and run it on the current asset, selected assets, or all assets.

It won’t solve the spreadsheet/content-field mapping issue you mentioned, but it may solve the text resizing/overflow part once your Bulk Create setup is working.
