Hello, im new to Figma and i dont understan hor i can make my design interactive and working in elemntor wordpress. Can somone help?

You need to hire a developer who would build it for you in wodpress based on your Figma mockup.

Is there any use for Figma if i cant use the design as UI in wordpress

Of course! It’s a UI design tool, not a UI development tool. So you use it for UI design to hand the design off to developers so they build it.
