In the meantime, please make sure:

• Confirm that the  AI features toggle is turned on 
• Try refreshing your editor frequently

You'll get a notification in the product when you receive access to our AI tools.

Thanks for clarifying! I checked my settings and only see “Closed captions” under “New features,” so it looks like I don’t have the AI toggle yet. I’m eager to have it activated soon because I really need it for my projects. I’ll keep checking back—thanks again for your help!
