Figm Make AI Chat Not responding

Hi, would love any help and support possible from the community. I have been using Figma Make constantly for the past 3 months to build an app idea that I have.  Yesterday at 5pm PST figma Make stopped accepting my prompts, it goes from “Thinking”, to “Summarizing chat history….” and then times out with a internet connection error.  My internet is working great, speed tested using other apps.  I am still connected to Supabase and the app still displays and works on the figma screen.  I can’t use the AI Chat at all and am at a standstill.

I also noticed yesterday in Figma Make that after my prompts and Figmas response, I use to have a version number of the updated version.  All of a sudden yesterday before this issue I don’t have version numbers anymore.  I have an up thumb, down thumb, and ai icon shat shows how many AI credits I used.

Complete side note.  I have been told that my account will start tracking AI credits as of tomorrow.

I am not tecnical at all and thought figma Make was a great way to build my project.

      I have the same issue. The prompts aren’t even being processed. It just says something went wrong and no longer works with a try again button. Trying again isn’t working

      Based on the error message you mentioned, this might be a different issue from the original post.

       

      Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

      • Does the same issue occur if you switch to a different model in Make? (Select an AI model to use in Figma Make)
      • Do you see the same behavior if you try prompting in a new file or with a very basic prompt?
