Failed student plan re-verification!

I'm honestly shocked by how poor SheerID’s support has been. I’ve spent months trying to re-verify my student plan and I keep running into all kinds of obstacles. They told me they would do a manual verification, but then they stopped replying.

At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I’m even starting to consider switching to another platform. Has this happened to anyone else?
