When I exported them I noticed some extra space around.
I sort that out only by removing shadows. But this is not what I wanted

On this poster (for example) you have a white dropped shadow width a 100px blur, while your poster is centered vertically at 34px of the top/bottom border.
You may select the frame containing the poster and check the clip content option so whatever is outside of the frame won’t show on export.
