Extra full seats on my subscription?

Hi, I just noticed that my team subscription has tripled without my awareness, likely due to past invite links I shared with others. I wasn’t aware I needed to manually remove those people from my team.

I’ve now gone ahead and removed everyone, but it still shows 5 available full access seats. I only need one full access seat and want to make sure I won’t be charged extra for the additional ones I no longer need.

Could someone please clarify whether there’s a way to remove these available seats, or confirm if I’ll be charged for them? Thanks so much for your help!

rn, I see “6” on the People page of Figma, but after i click into “Manage ”, there is only one user (my own account) .

Hi ​@Jenny L, thanks for reaching out! 

I took a look at your account’s seats on the backend, and I can confirm that you removed the 5 extra seats earlier today, and you only have one full seat remaining on your plan.

Keep in mind that Seats are purchased for the duration of your billing term, so even though you removed these seats, they are still technically available for someone else to use for the remainder of your subscription period.More information here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039960434-Manage-seats-in-Figma#remove-seat
