Extending my student plan

I understand that your education verification is about to expire, and you attempted to renew your student status, but the verification was unsuccessful.

If you're enrolled in an online course, like DesignLab, the Education plan typically lasts for six months, with a one-time extension available — bringing the total to 12 months. Unfortunately, at the moment, there isn’t a re-verification process available beyond the 12-month period for online courses.

Due to privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to handle individual Education plan requests directly through the forum. However, if you need further clarification, you can reach out to our Education team directly at education@figma.com. They’ll be happy to assist you.

Thank you so much! I just emailed education@figma.com as you mentioned, hopefully I hear back soon. I started the bootcamp course in November 2024. I would only need a 4 week extension on the education plan, do you think I can get that approved?
