Regarding the warning message you’re seeing, “Origin not aligned to pixels,” it usually indicates that your content isn’t aligned or positioned on a full pixel on the canvas.
I understand that you’ve run the Pixel Perfect, but could you please double-check to ensure there are no decimal points in the size and position values?
From my end, I’ve noticed that the error disappearing when there are no decimals in the layer’s position (X, Y).
If you’ve already checked the above and are still encountering issues, I recommend checking out Troubleshooting checklist to see if the problem persists.
If the issue continues after checking all the avobe, could you please share a quick video demonstrating what you’re experiencing? Also, it would be helpful to know whether this issue occurs on the desktop app, the website, or both platforms.
