In your video, I noticed that your zip file had a number at the end (13).

Is it possible that your downloads folder has multiple copies of the .zip file? If so, could you check the file that doesn’t have a number at the end? Or try deleting all the duplicates before trying again.

I had the same issue today and discovered that the layer I was trying to import was named starting with a dot .image container. Solved it by removing the dot from the name.
