I need to export some frames with a transparent background but the PNGs are too large and are crippling my website. I want to export as a jpg but you can’t do that with a transparent background. Any tips? Maybe convert from png to jpg afterwards?

Optimize the exported PNG. Don’t convert to jpeg as you would lose transparency.
