We want to export some parts of our projects, but our Team was downgraded. Now we have the problem that the team is locked due to having 3 projects on the Starter plan. Also copying/sharing is restricted, and even admins can't export or delete files.
Is there any way to get the files, without again paying for a plan? (which in this case would only be used once to export the files to another Figma instance)

Hi. You need to move your files from Projects to Drafts. Once your team has only one project and no more than three files in there, team will be unlocked.
If the file doesn’t have copying or exporting restrictions enabled, anyone with at least view access can still export assets like PNGs or SVGs, or even save a local .fig copy to their computer.
Once you have a .fig copy saved locally, you can import it into any other Figma account or team without issues.
And if the team isn’t fully locked and the files are still within the Starter plan limits, you might be able to move the files from the project into your personal Drafts. In a lot of cases that unlocks the ability to edit or duplicate them again.
Both Solution do not work as the copying and exporting is restricted and we cannot remove files from the project as the team is locked.
