Hey @Serena Vargas Graña — welcome to Figma Forum, and I’m glad you reached out. At the moment we only offer support in English here, so I hope it’s okay that I reply in English. I understand you’re trying to renew your education status but are running into an error with the verification.

I wasn’t able to find a ticket linked to your request, so if you’re still seeing this issue, please reach out directly to our support team by emailing education@figma.com from the same address tied to your Figma account. With that, we’ll be able to review and provide an update.

In the meantime, this article may help: Verify education status. Hope this gets you on the right track and let us know if anything else comes up. 🙏🏻
