expiracion de plan educativo

Hace dos días recibí un mail diciendo que en 4 semanas se vencería mi plan educativo y que tendría que trasladar todos mis proyectos a otra clase. Yo inicie con el plan educativo en agosto del año pasado y lo volví a solicitar en marzo de este año porque me decía que ya había vencido. Quiero hacerlo ahora también antes de que vensa pero me da error de verificación
