I am new to Figma,  I have been following the wonderful tutorials out on youtube.  I really love this program!  I am trying to accomplish this effect- on this website it happens at the “ WE ARE.”  It grows and expands to my eyes.  How do I accomplish this please?  Is there a plugin that accomplishes this effect?
