Hi all, anyone that can advise why i cannot load the preview? My devloper tells me he is ablw to see everything. On my side i load the preview (play button) but after few seconds crashes.

Can you try logging out, clearing cache (you can follow these steps in this article here, logging back in and loading the preview?
