I am not able to see the screenshot you mentioned—could you please try to re-attach it so I can take a closer look.
In the meantime, could you confirm whether you were able to submit the Education Plan application through this form, or if the error appeared before you could complete it? If you’ve completed it and your application was declined, you can reach out directly to the Education team at education@figma.com. They may ask for additional proof of enrollment, such as:

An updated link to your institution’s website

A copy of your student ID

A transcript, admission receipt, or other documentation confirming your enrollment
If you saw the error when filling out the form, I’d recommend trying again after restarting your browser, or attempting it in a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
You can also check out our Help Center article on how to verify education status for more info: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041061214-Verify-education-status#h_01JZWWG58RYC6T9XWVEH69KVRJ. You don’t need to have an .edu email to apply for the education plan.
