Hi everyone,
I’m trying to verify for the Figma Education plan and I’m stuck: the verification flow shows:
“Verification Limit Exceeded… you’ve already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”
But my Figma account still shows I’m not verified, and I can’t proceed. I believe a failed attempt got counted and now I’m locked out. I’m a student and used my school email domain (happy to share the exact account/email privately with a Figma staff member). I contacted SheerID and my support request was closed without a reset, so I’m not sure what the next step is.
Does anyone know how to reset verification attempts / clear the lock, or how to get a manual review from Figma support? I can provide screenshots and account details privately if a moderator/staff can escalate.
