Hi,
I previously had a Figma account verified with the Education plan using my university email. Due to a technical issue, I had to delete that account.
I created a new Figma account with the same institutional email and re-verified my student status through SheerID, but the system keeps saying that the Education plan has already been redeemed.
Since the original verified account no longer exists, this issue can’t be resolved by SheerID alone and requires a manual reset on Figma’s side.
Could a moderator or support agent please help escalate this or advise on restoring the Education plan to my current account?
