education plan expiration but unable to renew

I received a notification email stating that my Figma Education Plan is about to expire. Currently, I am attending a bootcamp to prepare for employment, so I would like to extend my education plan. However, I am unable to renew it due to the following error message:

"Verification failed
You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan."

It seems similar to the issue attached below. Could you provide support to help resolve this problem?

Hey ​@yeonjae , if your Figma Education Plan is about to expire, you’d need to verify your student account once again.
In order to do this, please reach out to our support team directly with this email address:  education@figma.com. Our team can have a look at it.

Please also note, that you may be asked to provide additional information about your course, including:

  • An updated URL of the institution you’re enrolled with
  • A copy of your school-issued identification card
  • A transcript, receipt, or other proof of enrolment
