After checking internally, you were verified as a student on 10 June 2025, so you are verified as as student until 10/06/2027. Hope this clarifies!

So sorry to activate this thread again. I figured it was better replying here than starting a duplicate thread.

I tried doing some research and I see from Figma’s support page on student status that universities and such have verification for two years. Bootcamps have 6 months. I’ve been taking Google’s UX Design course through Coursera since January 2024, which I assume would fall into the bootcamp category? I had to verify my student status twice now, if I recall correctly.

I got an email stating my plan is expiring first week of July, which is odd to me. I contacted support and they don’t seem to be helping me, and I don't know what else to do. An extra $20/month for Figma on top of Courser’s $50/month is an expense I don’t want to take on. Any advice?

Hi ​@djv, could you please check my education expiration date? Figma sent me an email saying that my access to the student plan would end in 4 weeks. I haven't finished my studies yet

From what I can see on the backend, you were verified as a student on 22/08/2023, and you will remain verified as as student until 22/08/2025.

I also received a e-mail regarding the four weeks left, but where can I reapply? The e-mail states the following: 

If you’re still in education: Verify your status to keep collaborating with your team(s). 

When I follow the link it states: You’re in! You are now verified with Figma for Education. But I did not reapply or enter new information. This is all very confusing…
