I have tried to reverify for education plan in Figma. Figma had asked me to submit my Passport or other identifications. After Some attempts, I came to know that they have blocked me for further submission. Need a solution on it.

Hey @Rahat Akash, thanks for reaching out!

I understand you're seeing a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error when trying to verify your education status.

Since the verification process for higher education students is fully managed by our partner, SheerID, the best next step would be to reach out to their support team directly. You can contact them here:  SheerID Help Center.

They’ll be able to look into the issue and help resolve the error.

    Thank you,

    Gayani
