I created a prototype on the free plan.

I was able to upgrade to the education plan due to the course i am taking.

I now have no access to edit my prototype. Nor can I downgrade to the free/non educational plan. I can see that there is no functionality from previous topics to move people - weird function to exclude, especially as being the main program for UX/UI.

 

  1. why cant i use the prototyping tool on the education plan
  2. how do i downgrade to free without education
