Hello Figma Community,
I'm working at a telecom company where we're going to conduct usability tests using a Figma prototype with the help of Useberry. We created a simple prototype for the number-purchasing flow. The buying process should work as follows: the user starts from the numbers page, where they should see a large selection of numbers (up to 200), organized into categories. Based on their needs, they should be able to choose only one number. However, in our prototype, we can’t restrict the selection to just one number — instead, it allows users to select multiple numbers. Could you provide step-by-step instructions on how we can fix this?
On the same page, we also have a standard cart where the system should display the chosen number along with its price, the category name, and the tariff included with that number. Additionally, the user should be able to choose whether they want an eSIM or a physical SIM. And if they select a physical SIM on the summary page they should be able to choose whether they want to pick it up at an office or have it delivered to their address.
So at the end of the flow, there is a summary page where all selected details should be displayed together. This summary should clearly show and give access to all the user’s choices — the number, price, category, tariff, SIM type, and delivery option — so everything makes sense when reviewed and summed up.
We've been following everything suggested by GPT or Figma videos, but without success. Can you provide any assistance with this? Or is there any article or video about building e-commerce prototypes in Figma? We specifically need updated, step-by-step guidance, because most of the materials we’ve found online are outdated or not relevant to Figma’s current features.
Thank you in advance for your help!
