I got interested in Figma so I bought an e-course. I encountered a few problems that Im unable to get around. I tried googling and looking through forums but I didnt find an answer.
So the teacher uses a slightly older version of Figma. After adding any type of element (a frame, text, etc.), there appears a "layer" tab on the right side. There isn't one on my end.
Additionally, the "auto layout" isn't the same as in the lessons. In the lesson, there is advanced layout and it contains spacing modes, strokes, canvas stacking. In my case, these settings arent there.
Could you help me out with finding them? Or have these features been deleted? AI chatbot told me a bunch of gibberish…

Layer is Appearance now
