In addition to the Figma plans and features, we’d like to mention below:

• Legally, your plan will no longer be governed by our Software Services Agreement SSA. Pro plans are covered by our ToS only.


• Ability to pay via invoice. Pro plans can only be paid for with debit/credit cards.


• Unused time left on your annual contract, which will not be refunded.

For downgrade from Professional plan to Organization plan, please reach out to our support team directly at https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?

When contact support, please include the following information:

• Your Figma account email


• The team name you want to downgrade from Org to Pro
