I had a Figma Organization account when we had enough number of teams. But now we have shrink down our team number and currently we only require Professional plan. So, is it possible to downgrade from Organization plan to a Professional Plan?

For community members who may come across this post with similar questions or considerations, we suggest reviewing the Figma plans and features to compare the differences and understand what you may lose after downgrading.
In addition to the Figma plans and features, we’d like to mention below:
- Legally, your plan will no longer be governed by our Software Services Agreement SSA. Pro plans are covered by our ToS only.
- Ability to pay via invoice. Pro plans can only be paid for with debit/credit cards.
- Unused time left on your annual contract, which will not be refunded.

When contact support, please include the following information:
- Your Figma account email
- The team name you want to downgrade from Org to Pro
