Hi there. Our team is much smaller than before, therefore we think about downgrading the plan from Organization to Professional. I saw that “Branching and merging” is not supported in the Professional one. But what does it mean in practice? We have quite a few ope branches at the moment. Does it mean that we will loose access to them, or won’t be just able to merge them?
Would be grateful for any insights on that.

When downgrading from Organization to Professional, you would lose access to features like Branching and Merging, Library Analytics, Organization-wide Libraries and Fonts, private Plugins, and your organization’s Community profile.
Regarding your open branches, they would become inaccessible after the downgrade, but your main file will remain available and continue to work as usual. To avoid losing any important changes, I’d recommend merging all open branches before moving to the Professional plan.
