Hey @Fynnn! Unfortunately at this moment, there's no user-facing way to downgrade back to a Starter team from Student team. I took a look into this for you and it looks like we’ve reopened your support ticket (Ticket no. #1378671). Support has removed the education plan from the team you’ve requested. It is now on the starter plan moving forward.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need help with, I'm here to help!

Hey @leegayo, thanks for reaching out! At the moment, there isn’t a user-facing option to downgrade an Education team back to the Starter plan, so I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf to get this sorted. When you get a chance, please reply to that ticket and confirm the name of the team you’d like to downgrade. For reference, your ticket number is #1453323.

Thanks so much for your patience and please feel free to let me know if there’s anything else I can support you with in the meantime!

Hey. I'm also experiencing this issue and have no way to downgrade my team. All of my files are locked -- years of work. I'd love to get some help with this.
