Hey guys, I accidentally upgraded a team to the edu plan and we need to revert this. someone please downgrade it for me? My support ticket also got closed without response

Hey ​@Fynnn! Unfortunately at this moment, there's no user-facing way to downgrade back to a Starter team from Student team. I took a look into this for you and it looks like we’ve reopened your support ticket (Ticket no. #1378671). Support has removed the education plan from the team you’ve requested. It is now on the starter plan moving forward.

At the moment, there isn’t a user-facing option to downgrade an Education team back to the Starter plan, so I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf to get this sorted. When you get a chance, please reply to that ticket and confirm the name of the team you’d like to downgrade. For reference, your ticket number is #1453323.

Hey. I'm also experiencing this issue and have no way to downgrade my team. All of my files are locked -- years of work. I'd love to get some help with this.
