Double billed - refund?

I had Figma on my personal email from the 8th of November. I signed up using the email for the startup I’m working for on December 4th. I just got tagged again for $20 on my personal account and startup so there’s not a lot to spare. How do I get a refund?

Hey @steaa - sorry for the trouble. It seems like you’ve got 2 separate accounts (one that is your personal, and one that is assigned to your startup/work), and that you purchased plans under both of them. If I misunderstood, apologies.
