Didn't receive any response from Figma support team

Hi Team, I recently sent an email regarding the invoice issue to Figma support team. (Ticket #1055867) But didn’t receive any response till now. Can you look into it asap as it is bit urgent. My Project file editing is locked and I need it to be resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks
