Desktop mobile settup

I am in need of figuring out how to create  the desktop pages to be the parent, and the mobile pages as the child. So when I use the desktop pages to make my changes they automatically get updated in the mobile pages.

Right now I am doing double work, and its time consuming. Any help greatly appreciated
