Hi - My startup has somebody that built design files in Figma for our devs that has years of experience as a Creative Director, but she isn’t a UI designer at all, and therefore has limited experience building something in Figma. Our engineers are really struggling to use the Figma files into building responsive front-end code. Specifically, that’s because our Figma isn’t response.


I’d love any advice or suggestions you might have on how we could find a Figma expert or something similar to help transition what we’ve built so far into a responsive design system that we could continue to build on.

Hey Steve, not sure where your startup is at with hiring, but there are thousands of designers who know Figma well enough to do this, as Figma’s now the industry-standard tool for UI design. All you have to do is create a job offer and you’ll have your pick of people, but I don’t think anyone wants to do it for free.
