After checking on our backend, it appears that you have access to one paid team (Professional plan). While there is no FigJam file in that team, you do have a Full FigJam role.

To address this, please consider managing seats from the File browser to remove the paid FigJam seats from billing. If you are not the team admin, you can request your team admin to assist you with this process.

Here’s a quick guide:

1. Navigate to the left sidebar of the file browser and click on “Admin”.


2. Proceed to the “Members” tab.


3. Set the “FigJam role” filter to “Full” to view all billed FigJam users.


4. You can downgrade any Full seat to “Viewer - restricted” to exclude that user from billing.
