Default Device Not Displaying or Working in Figma

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the default device setting in Figma. Despite selecting 'iPhone 16 Plus' as my default device, it neither displays nor operates as expected. The device preview is not visible, and no changes seem to take effect when I attempt to work with different settings. This issue is hindering my ability to design and prototype effectively.

Could anyone help me understand why this might be happening or suggest any troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?

    Hey ​@Noor Islam, thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating this must be, especially when it’s impacting your workflow. From your screenshot, it looks like the device preview is visible in Present mode—are you not seeing it in Prototype preview? If possible, could you share a screen recording? That would help us get a clearer picture and troubleshoot more effectively!
