Hope someone can clarify as i’m struggling to get an answer.
An external designer has created an icon font for us. I have uploaded this to the resources section which enables me to use and edit the font in a design file (without having it installed in my Mac font book)
However another external designer “Guest” who has a full design seat, gets an notification when they open the file with this typeface to swap it to one installed on their system.
I then checked with an internal designer (non guest) and they can see and edit the typeface without it being in their font book too.
Can anyone clarify who is able to use the typeface? its seems a little pointless adding to resources if some designers still have to have have it installed, doesn't feel logical.
Is it only guests that can’t use it unless its installed on their system?
