Looking for help creating a similar experience to this sites hero: https://thewalters.org

Essentially I have a video for my hero and I want to upon scroll have the video transfer to a blurred out / gradient version with some text over top and CTAs. I have it set up currently where it scrolls into a gradient with a blur, but this just looks like a scroll and doesn’t feel snappy or clean. Wondering how I could set up the frames and gradients to do something pretty close to that site exactly in Figma, preferably making it even cleaner and allowing the interaction to give more prominence to the CTAs I will have
