I have created a contact form for my website but where does the information that my customers fill in like their contact details go to? How do I connect it to some sort of form or something so I can see which customer has filled in the form and the information?

@April_Griffiths Figma is only half of the equation: it will allow you to design components and templates like a contact form, but it does not replace an actually developed website that uses a backend to store these information.
