Components with the action "after delay" won't work. Please help

Im going mad. I tried to create components with multiple variations combined, in order to create a radiating ripple animation on my background as a loading screen.

The background is an image file. As soon as i run it it doesn’t work. Just the background shows up and nothing else.

Im working with windows 10. What am i doing wrong?
