Component proprety id persistence

Hello,

I am working on a plugin where I would like to trace the component proprety (not the variant) troughout it’s lifecycle. As in, I need to keep track of it even if the name gets changed.

base on docs and experience, I know that each compoennt prop is in the format: name#hash

by any chance the hash remains the same torughout a rename operation, and I can used it as an ID?

Ofc I can test it, but I was kind of hoping for an answer from the within the Figma team.
