[Component Property] How can I apply a previous created text component property to specific text layer ?

Hi everyone, I'm currently learning components on UI3.
The context is that I did create text property on component set (picture). However, when I tried to apply this to a specified element, I can't find the property. Can you help me with the reason, as well as solution ?
